Dear Lindt, I love you so much and I want to thank you for being so kind and generous for letting me eat you. Every time I am in the presence of you, you make me feel like I am floating on a cloud. You make my heart melt (in a good way!) when I am having little nibbles of you. I don’t know what I would do without you in my life. I am writing this letter to you because I just want you to know how much I love you. Until we meet again.
On a nice day in Munich, our mom told us we would be going to another Lindt shop!! We were all so excited! We couldn’t find it for a while because it turned out it was pretty hidden in an underground mall, but eventually we asked someone for directions and finally came upon it. We all got some chocolate balls (truffles), and a chocolate bar (or two).
A couple days later, we had the most crazy coincidence of the trip…. We ran into a family from Bear Creek! We talked for a bit and it turned out they had moved to Germany for a year. Dad realized later that we hadn’t even planned to be on that road; he’d planned for us to be a block over! We rarely see people from the United States, let alone Washington, let alone Seattle, let alone Bear Creek!! It was such a blessing to run into them! They also told us they were going to Salzburg two days later, which was where we were headed the next day! Hopefully we will run into them again!
It was such a great surprise to see you! Can’t wait to run into you in the halls of Bear Creek!!! 🙂
