Walking and Swimming in Croatia

I loved our five nights in Rovinj. Rovinj is so peaceful and relaxing. We had a morning pastry and a daily walk in the town. We also went to the Green Market quite often. The Green Market is a market where you can buy fruit, vegetables, oils, honey, and other stuff.

I loved climbing the bell tower which is right next to St. Euphemia Church. It is a little scary climbing up because there are pretty big gaps in the steps and you can look down so you see the big drop below.

The view was unbelievable! I could see miles and miles of Croatia until I couldn’t see it anymore. Climbing back down was even scarier!

We swam in the Adriatic Sea and it was very salty! It was still very fun, though. We even saw little fishies swimming in it. It was very warm once I got used to it. It was so hot out!

One of my favorite meals here was the meal that we cooked at home. It was so tasty! We had chicken, sausages, bufalina mozzarella, grapes (sadly with seeds in them), bell peppers, and cucumbers. Yum!! Another great dinner was our last meal in Rovinj at a restaurant where I got a pizza with lots of mushrooms on it and some spicy meats. I also shared a bowl of risotto with my dad. I loved it. Croatia has been one of my favorite places I have been to. It is so relaxing and peaceful. Luckily, we will be here again in November (but different cities) which I am really looking forward to. Pozdrav! (Bye!)
