We all would’ve been happy with more time in Zagreb, but that’s okay; we’ll be back (especially if Findlay studies abroad there!)! We loved how it felt like people were just living normal lives and not trying to create something that was put on for our (i.e. tourists’) benefit. It was refreshing that restaurants, grocery stores, and shops were open after having come across so many closures the previous few weeks — it’s just a normal city; there is no “off season”. We loved it!
