Instead of heading to Shanghai like we had originally planned, we headed back to Bangkok for the week after saying goodbye to our friends in Hanoi. We were so excited to go back to Thailand, where we started our SE Asia adventures three months ago, and were especially excited to see our barista friends, New and Van, at Sometimes I Feel, a coffee shop that serves one of my very favorite coffees from our entire coffee-obsessed time abroad. We met the owner and learned that the name of his coffee shop comes from the line of a song, “Out of My Head,” by the band, Fastball, and I love how now that song will always make me think of this coffee shop and these Thai friends.
Thank you so much 😊 and I hope to see you again 😊

Hi Hartshorns! This is Sara Blattenbauer. I’ve been reading up on your blog and it sounds so cool! I really liked the one where y’all went to this bug cafe in Cambodia. All of the exotic foods were very interesting! It would be really cool to meet up sometime maybe over the summer!
Happy Travels!
