Dad’s birthday in Parga

In Parga we had a very relaxing time. It was really fun because we got to celebrate our dad’s birthday and every single day we went to a gym and went swimming. We were there for five nights and the last full day we were there we celebrated my dad’s birthday. The night before that, I had dinner out with just my dad. (We call that a night out.) It was really fun. For our night out, first we went to the resort’s restaurant and my dad journaled and I got a yummy milkshake and did some math. Then we did a FaceTime call with our friend Mr Pruner who is an oral surgeon who helped us with my tongue. After that, we went to a great restaurant called Gemini which was on the water and then we went back to our hotel and we got snickers for everyone and I snuck them outside of our hotel room doors. Then, my dad and I went to play ping pong and foosball! We played ping pong for a while and then played half of a foosball game before the game room closed. It was really fun.

The next day was my dad’s birthday! For my dad’s birthday, we went back to the same restaurant, Gemini, and there we had a delicious feast with an appetizer called dolmadaki which is vine leaves stuffed with meat and rice. (They can be hot or cold.) We all had a great day.
