We enjoyed exploring the brain-twisting optics at the Museum of Illusions during one afternoon in Sofia.

Below: two angles of the same event, so you can see how the sausage gets made

Below: so weird joining the faces of our boys since they share similar features. From left to right: Keegan + Findlay, Tate + William, Findlay + William (x2)

Below: enjoying some of our favorite coffee spots in Sofia – the coffee was very good

Below: this large park was right next to our apartment and was generally teeming with people day and night. We enjoyed walking through it and running around it, and even happened upon a Chris Cornell cover band playing a concert one night. They were really good!

Below: Chris Cornell is a tough act to cover, but the lead singer of this band actually had a really similar-sounding voice to the late rocker and the whole band was really good. It was so surprising to hear him belt out Soundgarden and Audioslave very convincingly, and in between address the crowd in his native Bulgarian tongue

Below: we found this great little restaurant called Supa Star serving soup where we ate lunch a couple days in a row.

Below: waiting at the Sofia Airport, next stop Bucharest!
