In Nha Trang, we went to the mud baths! The place is called Thap Ba Mud Baths and once we got there we chose the mud we were going to bathe in. All of you probably think of mud as sticky, wet pieces of sand. But this was not that kind of mud. We’re talking about silky, wet, warm mud. We sat in there for 30 minutes and then went into a jacuzzi before going into a hot mineral bath. The guy poured some really good smelling minerals into both tubs we were using. It felt so good! We sat in there for 20 more minutes. Then we went to a pool where I finally learned how to do a flip under water!!! And William got a massage for his birthday! We loved the mud baths!
I’ve heard about how therapeutic it is to have a mud bath and you guys tried it! So brave! So if this is not a regular mud, what kind of mud is this? Is the mud from the local area or imported from somewhere?
That looks like so much fun! I’d love to relax in the mud. I’ve swam in mud during relay races, but not the nice kind…
