The night we got to Krakow, we saw a couple guys advertising a Segway tour. I’d really wanted to do a Segway tour ever since hearing about it but usually the age minimum is 10 years old. I am three years too young to do that! We learned that the age minimum in Krakow was 6 years old… so I was old enough! The guys let me try it out and it was so much fun! (When I am an adult and my oldest child is seven years old, I am going to go to Krakow so he can do it.) We signed up to do the tour the next day and I was the happiest boy you could ever see! The night lasted forever because all I could think about was the Segway tour so it felt like such a long time before it finally happened. When I woke up the next morning, it was the first thing I thought about! I was so happy!
We met them for our tour the next morning at 11a.m. and then went across the square where they brought the Segways to us. We actually waited longer than I was expecting because they brought them out to us one by one. Finally it was time to go! We rode on the Segways for 70 minutes and got to see all around Krakow. On our way, every once in a while, the guide taught us some history about Krakow and where we were. It was very fun. It was the best tour I have ever been on! It passed so fast! It is hard to explain how much I loved it. I want to do a Segway tour thirty more times or maybe even more!
Loved your new post Keegan! That did look like fun!!
My goodness! What a SUPER COOL idea to ride on a Segway to tour around the town. It’s so mind blowing! I love the picture where you family of six formed a straight line riding on the street. And I wonder if the Polish wonder “where are they from?” 🙂
What a FUN tour! So happy to see Anya in some pictures! 😊 Thanks for sharing your adventures with us. PS – Boys MS soccer started and the boys miss their teammate, Findlay. 💕
Thanks Nancy!! 🙂 Findlay misses his soccer buddies too!
Kay told me about your blog at lunch last week. What a wonderful experience you are having!!! Will be following your travels.
