Yo dude! I had a great day today! (Tip: say all of the words before this tip like a surfer dude!!!) (Yo dude!!!)
Back to Iceland. Today is the third day of Iceland. My favorite part about today was going to the black sand beach because because there was amazing food. It was lamb soup. Lamb is really popular in Iceland. They have very amazing lamb. A very sad part of the day was that I was running in wet grass and i didn’t know that I was going to run into a river…so I turned and ran the other way but fell on my face. Luckily, I was fine but I got soaking wet. Then the wetness was so cold that I wanted to go back to the RV. Sadly, i didn’t get to go into a cave that the others were going in. Instead, my mom and I looked at pictures and sat under a blanket. And I changed my clothes. We asked if we could meet them at the cave but sadly my dad said it was way too steep. After that we went to the black sand beach. It was crazy because there was black sand. I’d never seen black sand before. There was a big thing that was kind of like a cave there and we climbed on some of the rocks inside of the cave. They were very sturdy. It was very fun. I called myself the king of the cave. We are driving in and sleeping in an RV. It is pretty cool because chairs and part of the ceiling transform into bunkbeds. The chairs are the bottom bunk and the ceiling comes down and there is the top bunk but luckily there is a ceiling above it because if there wasn’t a ceiling, the people sleeping on the top bunk would get very very cold. Last night I slept on the bottom bunk with my mom and Tate, my youngest brother. Yo dude, he’s still my big brother. (Tip: say it in a sassy surfer voice.) Yo dude, I’m gonna say goodbye now. Bye dude!
nice writing dude!
What RV company did you go through? Chris and I head to Iceland end of July and are looking to rent and RV for most of our stay.
I’m so excited for you guys! Can’t wait to hear about what you guys do/see/love!
We booked through Motorhome Republic which is like a broker of motorhomes/campers… The one they connected us with was Camper Iceland. Seems there are a bunch, though!
Thanks for tips Keegan!
