Living it up in Corfu

Our time in Corfu was so fun. We stayed close to the Old Town, where we walked around every day. We created a bit of a routine, which went like this: wake up, do some work (journaling, reading, etc), go get lunch at a delicious gyro place, come back to our place, go for a 100 degree run, shower, swim, shower, get dinner, get gelato at Papagiorgis (a family-run Gelateria that has been passed down for 3 generations), walk around a bit, turn in for the night, and watch some Gilmore Girls. I can’t say what my favorite part was exactly, but I can say that the hottest parts were most definitely the runs. They were brutal. The Old Town had so many different types of shops and restaurants and coffee shops, in the classic European-style streets. We said goodbye to William in Corfu which was sad, but we did make some great memories with him here!

Showing off some new donkey shorts, which turned out to be multi-purpose: swimming, running, sleep, fashion

Saying goodbye to William, who flew back to UNC a bit before the rest of us left. We love you William!!!
