Keegan’s Surgery Postponed One Day

Thank you for all the prayers and encouragement and support about Keegan’s tongue surgery! We just got back from our appointment and sadly Keegan was in hysterics about the shot that was needed in his tongue for the local anesthetic. The doctor was so kind and worked with us for about 30 minutes trying to calm Keegan down and talk him into doing the procedure, but we couldn’t get Keegan settled enough as he’ll have to be absolutely still for the surgery. Thankfully, this doctor continues to amaze us with his kindness and flexibility and has worked us into his schedule for tomorrow, Saturday the 26th, to have the surgery at a hospital where Keegan will have general anesthesia. We’re scheduled to have it at 3:00pm local time, although, it could be as late as 5:00pm. Thank you for your continued prayers!
