We arrived in Edinburgh about a week ago after nearly four wonderful months in SE Asia. What a change! We will really miss our time in Asia. On the plus side, we were all pretty pleased with getting back to cooler temperatures and larger and more predictable grocery stores. We stayed in an apartment beneath the castle for our first few days, settling in and adjusting to the time zone, and then moved to a house in Dean Village, a neighborhood within Edinburgh, to be able to spread out a bit more. We’re staying put, watching the news and trying to stay out of the way!

Thank you!! We are in Scotland — haven’t had to end it! We will be home in late August… or later, if schools aren’t open yet…
Hi Anya, so glad to see you and the family are doing well! We miss you every time we walk by your house – which is almost every day (and the most exciting part of our day).
