A Long Walk to Oia

One day, in Fira (the city where we stayed on Santorini in Greece), we went on a really long hike to Oia. It was four and a half hours long! On our way, Mom was super hungry so we stopped at a café. We shared two yogurts with fruit and honey and they were really big! They were also quite good and there was a ton of fruit on top. When we were walking, Keegan sometimes got kind of tired and he would stop, so I decided to entertain him. I did that by asking him questions like what his favorite candy was, what he was doing in math, what his favorite sport was, and other questions like that. This happened on and off for pretty much the whole time. I love talking with Keegan! We walked on a ton of hills and rocky platforms and on the way we saw lots of hotels and many of them had pools. Some of them even had infinity pools which are pools, but the water goes off the side and makes it look like there aren’t really any edges. When we got to Oia, we walked around some more and explored it a for a while. The walk was super fun, but there was no way we would be able to do the walk back, which was seven miles long. Instead, we took a very pleasant bus ride back. We got seats and it was about 30 minutes long but it felt much shorter. These pictures below are from our walk.
